At John Norris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't quite right, you can return them in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection using the provided tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
