Amber Hot Spot PTN Copper TB Jig
The PTN hot spot jig is a phenomenal early season trout pattern! When targeting brown trout in many of the UK rivers in spring, fish are often tight to the bottom and reluctant to rise higher due to the cold water conditions. This fly is tied with a copper tungsten bead which will send the PTN straight to that fishy depth like a missile. The materials used in this fly are designed to represent a variety of nymph species and make this nymph look as lifelike as possible. This is one fly i certainly couldn't live with out early season on our great Cambrian rivers!!
